Last Sunday, on 13th January, has been a very positive day for martial arts, in Sporting Centre Maximo in via Casal Boccone in Rome, where there has been a multi-disciplinary and very interesting stage of Kali Kalasag, Kansen Ryu and Ju Jitsu, respectively led by masters Vito Lettieri, Anthony De Santos Alche and Luciano Mazza. A special thanks to all the participants that have taken part with great satisfaction to this event, showing big opening mind and collaboration spirit.
So, a very positive experience, in a peaceful climate; there are all presuppositions to repeat this experience in the future.

|
Great success for "Martial Arts Day-Fight for Children", beneficial initiative on behalf of Brazilian and Philippine children; really praiseworthy the presence of several Philippine community members of the city of Rome, City Council members and Roman comic actor Maurizio Battista. Successful as the number of athletes that have taken part to martial arts stages realized by Master Canhao for Capoeira, Vito Lettieri for Kali Kalasag, Federico Tisi for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sergio Cazanas Royo for Seni Silat Sendeng. It was very interesting to oserve how these different athletes have compared each other, showing enthusiasm in trying new techniques and styles. In conclusion, it was really a great success, and collaboration among different martial arts school can be very interesting and constructive if the main aim is a good cause.
Soon there will be new occasions for IKA and martial arts to get other initiatives like this.
